Morgan Stout

Education and Outreach Manager

Morgan is a  East Coast transplant from the Mountain West. Morgan has been with the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network since 2018 and brings knowledge of health theories, evidence based research, and a passion for helping others to her role as Outreach and Education Manager. She specializes in helping patients find the easy to understand, evidence based information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare, and matching them up to volunteers with a similar experience. Morgan also drives and assists with programs for patients for the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network. She assists with training new volunteers and with cooperative research projects with academic institutions.

Morgan’s passion lies with helping people gain access to quality health information and assisting them in with understanding evidence based research so that they can make the best decision for their particular situation. Her goal is that every person she is in contact with feels empowered and understands the information. She enjoys assisting with research based projects cooperatively with academic institutions. These projects include research based on patient reported outcomes, patient empowerment in research, and caregiver reported outcomes.

Morgan previously worked to better outcomes for cancer patients in Wyoming,  and earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming in 2015. During her free time, she enjoys baking and being outdoors.
