Christina Todosow, M.P.A.

Vice President of Development

Ms. Todosow has spent more than 19 years in the nonprofit sector focused on building donor relations and comprehensive development programs for healthcare, arts, and academic institutions. She most recently served as the Assistant Vice President, Major Gifts for Peer Health Exchange where she was responsible for building and operationalizing a comprehensive major gifts program while overseeing all aspects of individual giving including the annual fund, as well as institutions. Previously, she served as Director of Philanthropy at the American Cancer Society for the greater Washington, DC and Baltimore region where she launched a major gifts program, personally securing over $3 million. She also helped complete a capital campaign securing over $10 million to relocate and renovate the American Cancer Society’s Baltimore Hope Lodge.

Previous roles for Ms. Todosow have included the Director of Donor Stewardship at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA where she created and implemented foundation-wide donor relations, stewardship, and engagement strategies designed to recognize and steward hospital donors, as well as serving as the Director of Development for Individual Giving at San Diego Opera managing San Diego Opera’s highest level of donor circles and board leadership groups. Additionally, she spent time as the Associate Director of Development for San Diego State University in the College of Professional Studies and Fine Arts during the university’s first-ever comprehensive campaign, and for more than five years, she was the Senior Special Events Coordinator at the Metropolitan Opera in New York where she oversaw logistics for approximately 50 events and managed an event budget of nearly $10 million annually.

Christina has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Nonprofit Management from the University of Southern California. She serves as the Treasurer for the Washington, DC chapter of the Mount Holyoke College Alumni Club and lives in Fairfax, Virginia, with her husband and two children.
