Hikmat Al-Ahmadie, MD

Dr. Al Ahmadie is a board-certified pathologist at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in New York with expertise in tumors of the genitourinary system. He earned his MD Damascus University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency training at the American University of Beirut and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. This was followed by fellowship training in Oncologic Pathology and Genitourinary Pathology at MSKCC. Hikmat’s academic activities focus primarily on tumors that develop in the urinary bladder and he is involved in many research studies on the molecular and genetic aberrations in these tumors.
