Stacy Fuller

Stacy Fuller is Senior Vice President, External Affairs, for DIRECTV, where she heads the company’s DC office and leads their advocacy efforts before Congress, federal agencies and state legislatures and regulators.  Stacy has been at DIRECTV since 2005.  Prior to that, Stacy was a legal advisor to Federal Communications Commissioner Kathleen Abernathy, focusing on legal and policy issues related to the video industry. 

Stacy has also worked at the law firms Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, Alston & Bird, LLP, and Wiley, Rein & Fielding and in-house at Discovery Communications.   Stacy holds a J.D. from Emory University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. Stacy resides in Bethesda with her husband Tim, their two daughters, Kate and Jackie, and their two dogs.
