Statement on Supreme Court Ruling on the Affordable Care Act

On behalf of the tens of thousand of Americans fighting bladder cancer and the millions of Americans who have been directly touched by this dreadful disease, BCAN is pleased to see that the United States Supreme Court has once again reaffirmed the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act and its guaranteed health insurance coverage for all Americans with pre-existing conditions.  The Court’s ruling yesterday ensures that all Americans, including bladder cancer patients, will continue to have access to world class health care and the life saving treatments that improve patient outcomes every day.
