Damon Thomas: Triathlete and Bladder Cancer Patient

Damon, a passionate and dedicated triathlete, spent his career in the financial services industry. With a strong work ethic and a drive for success, he had always embraced challenges and pushed himself to achieve new heights. Little did he know that his greatest challenge was yet to come.

In the midst of the global pandemic, October 2020 marked a turning point in Damon’s life. At the age of 58, he received news that would change everything. Damon was diagnosed with bladder cancer. The diagnosis arrived as a shock, as he had always prioritized his health and maintained an active lifestyle.

Facing the uncertainty and fear that often accompany such news, Damon embarked on a journey that would test his strength and resilience. Despite the unexpected circumstances, he refused to let the diagnosis define him. Instead, he sought to tackle the challenges head-on and emerge victorious.
