Meet Our Jersey Shore Junior Walk Ambassador, 12-Year Old Danny D’Amico

The Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network is so very pleased to welcome our first-ever Junior Walk Ambassador, Danny D’Amico.  Danny is an ambassador for the May 2, 2020, Jersey Shore Walk to End Bladder Cancer.  Danny explains why he is an ambassador so eloquently:

Hi am Danny D’Amico, I am 12 years old. 6 years ago my grandpa was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer. They said he had 2 years to live but now 6 years later he is alive and cancer free. Some said it was a miracle but I think it was the amazing doctors and countless hours of research that was put in. So I am proud to walk for the millions of people and I am proud to be the captain of team Fred.
