Karen is the organizer of the Southwest Florida Bladder Cancer Support Group and has been active with BCAN since the very beginning.

Rick and Karen talk about how she got started on the BCAN Inspire community and how the group has grown to more than 53,000 people today, how she deals with loss when a member of her group passes away, and the advice that she would give to someone who is considering starting a bladder cancer support group in their own community.
